"CasediCorte - Residence - Case Vacanza" is a popular historic building from the early 1700s, inserted in a typical rural / residential nucleus of the Lucca area, precisely the "Court" and the one in which our structure is located is among the first settlements of the village of Orentano

The position of "CasediCorte" is strategic for excursions, even daily, to the main Tuscan points of interest, and the opportunity for walks in an area with perspectives on the nearby chain of the Apennine mountains. All this thanks to the proximity of the A11 motorway ('Altopascio' exit 5 km away) which connects Florence with the Versilia sea, passing through Pistoia, Montecatini Terme, Lucca up to connect with Pisa and Siena. The locations can be reached by a minimum of 15 min. and a maximum of 1h 45 m. Thanks to the proximity of the highway Florence-Pisa-Livorno (SGC FI-PI-LI) whose connection, 20 min. driving, allows you to reach Pisa airport in 30 min. and the port of Livorno in 45 min., making the entire Tuscan coast accessible.

The structure consists of three houses of different surfaces: 40 square meters on the ground floor for 2 + 2 places; 48 sqm on the 1st floor for 2 + 2 seats; 55 sqm on the 2nd floor for 4 people. Overall, the structure can accommodate up to 12 people and is organized for both families and groups of friends. The building dates back to the 18th century, as evidenced by an old graphic in one of the houses, and has been restored and equipped with systems built with a green philosophy, with high energy performance: heat pump, solar thermal and photovoltaic, placing them in the category A1 and A3. The apartments are furnished with original period furniture, and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. The air conditioning system is hot / cold / dehumidifying.
Guests can access the owners' swimming pool. Built inside the structure, the swimming pool / wellness pool is inserted in a double room with a mezzanine and connected to a large outdoor terrace. The "infinity" pool, which also functions as a spa, is equipped with a waterfall, hydromassage, geyser and chromotherapy effect. It is heated to 28 ° C and can also be used in the winter season. The pool can be accessed directly from each house. It will therefore be very pleasant to enjoy, during a hot bath, the view towards the outside, perhaps during a romantic snowfall.

The spaces, internal and external, are well maintained and fenced to ensure the privacy and safety of guests. The residence is located in the center of the country and has small but well-kept open spaces, pleasant and welcoming. Its position offers the convenience of being able to use, within walking distance, all the services of the country. Parking is free and in the context of the structure.
